G W Crate Ltd recently completed a high end refurbishment and extension in Ash. The project started in the summer of 2020 by reduce digging the garden to make way for a new extension and patio. Access was gained via the side to enable machines to enter the rear.

This hamstone extension matches in perfectly to the original property and looks great with the newly formed retaining walls and patio area. This project has all the features you would see in a grand design, 7m bifold doors, two roof lanterns, ceiling speakers, log burner, underfloor heating with 1.2x1.2m tiles, and CAT6 cabling throughout with a high end kitchen.

Whilst we completed the build, we also ensured it was co-ordinated with the clients kitchen supplier (Spilllers of Chard) and their stove supplier (R A Wickes), for a seamless programme from start to finish.
